What about travel and setup?

Share your event location when you enquire. We’ll confirm any travel charges, access and setup details in your quote. Setup and pack-down are included in every package.

What power does the bike need?

We’ll confirm the power requirements with you for your venue. Off-Grid Power is available as an optional add-on for +$100.

Can we add another flavour?

Extra gelato flavours are +$50 each, subject to Gelato Bike capacity. Tell us what you have in mind when you enquire.

How do we confirm a booking?

Send your date, location, guest numbers, preferred package and any add-ons. We’ll confirm availability, your quote and booking terms before you commit.
